description

As a B2B Telemarketer/Tele-Professional you contact companies by telephone with the aim of informing, inventorying and gaining interest. These could be companies from pre-selected databases, but also former, sleeping or existing customers, (online) leads, etc… So, you will be occupied with qualitative contact by telephone. You will approach companies, check (contact) details, enrich data, call up leads and plan appointments.

A quick chat and a proactive approach are the specific traits that characterise you. Wait and see? That is by no means you. You pick up the telephone and go for it. Going the extra mile gives you energy and you see no problems, just challenges. You always reach the perfect solution, either autonomously, or together with your colleagues. By building and maintaining durable customer relations, you grow as a telecom professional and so does your knowledge about the customer’s branch. This will make you the showpiece of Tele-Sales Direct and of the client.

What
do we demand

  • A minimum availability of 20 hours per week.
  • Strong social/telephone skills.
  • You master the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
  • English, German and French are not a must, but they are a bonus.
  • You are flexible, stress-resistant, results-oriented and independent.
